The disposal of solid wastes from human activity is a growing environmental problem for modern society, especially in developing countries. The scrap tires is one of the very common and most important hazardous solid wastes all over the world. Now there is a new technology called tires to oil pyrolysis technology that could not merely get rid of the huge piles of waste tires but may also produce a profit from the end products while protecting the environment as well.
Pyrolysis basically involves the thermal decomposition of the tire at high temperatures (300–900°C) in an oxygen-free atmosphere. Through the tire pyrolysis oil plant, waste tires can be effectively recycled into tire oil, carbon black and steel wire. These pyrolysis products can be applied in many fields. For example, tire oil can be widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron and boiler factories, ceramics, power or chemical industries etc. And it can be used for generators to get electricity. Carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay, also can be used as fuel. Steel wire can be recycled to the smelting plant.
To meet different customers’demands, we offer six models of tyre to oil machines. Their daily processing capacities range from 6 to 24 tons and their operating system can be batch, semi-continuous and fully-continuous. If you have special requirement, we can also provide you with customized plant.
