Our pyrolysis plant is used for pyrolyzing waste tire or plastic scrap into fuel, such as fuel oil, carbon black and steel wire (only for waste tires).
Our plant used for disposing waste tires is called waste tire pyrolysis plant. Our waste tyre pyrolysis plant adopts the latest pyrolysis technology which aims at recycling waste tyres efficiently. In the pyrolysis process, you can get tire oil (45%), carbon black (35%), steel wire (15%). All of them have a wide range of applications.
The tire oil can be widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron and boiler factories, ceramics, power or chemical industries etc. or used for generators to get electricity. Carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay, or used as fuel. Steel wire can be sold directly or recycled to produce new steel products. Besides, there is also a little combustible gas produced in the process. These gas can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which will save energy for the whole working process.

For our plants, they have four models, BLJ-06, BLJ-10, BLJ-16 and BLL-20. All of them are equipped with mature safety device (alarm for over temperature and pressure, auto pressure releasing system, extra gas recycling system, fire fighting devices) and advanced dedusting system (dust chemical removing tank, ceramic ring filtering system and alkali sprayers), which will guarantee safety and no pollution in the production process.
Our plants have three kinds of pyrolysis systems, batch, semi-continuous and fully continuous. BLJ-06 and BLJ-10 are batch operating systems; BLJ-16 is semi-continuous system; BLL-20 is fully continuous system. For more product specifications, we can also provide you with customized plant.
