To turn waste tyres into wealth, we have designed special pyrolysis machine for waste tyres. Our machine adopts the latest technology which is called pyrolysis. Through this technology, waste tyres can be effciently converted into tyre oil, carbon black and steel wire.

To meet different customers’ demands, we have manufactured our plants in six models, BLJ-06, BLJ-10, BLL-16, BLL-30, BLL-40 and BLL-50. They have different models and parameters. But no matter which each set of machine you buy, you will benefit a lot and get your investment back very soon. The following is a detailed analysis of our machines.

Firstly, the pyrolysis technology is the core competitiveness of our plant. It is our engineers’ effort with more than ten years’ research and improvement. It is a green technology and has already applied a patent.

Secondly, low cost and high benefits. You can use waste tyres as raw material and finally you can get products with high economic values. The tyre oil can be widely used in many industries or further refined to diesel oil. The carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay or used as fuel. The steel wire can be recycled to produce new steel products. Even the gas generated in the process can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which will save a lot of energy for you.

Thirdly, high oil yield rate. We adopt new type of condensers which can further ensure and improve the oil yield rate. The catalyst we used is made from 24 chemicals, which not only reduces sulfur content and density of oil, but also improves its flavor and color.

Fourthly, our plants are equipped with mature devices and advanced systems. The whole set of safety devices, extra gas recycling system and three-layer dedusting system together can guarantee the production process is safe, energy saving and environment friendly.

What’s more, the reactor is made from Q245R special plate, which can lengthen the service life. The service life of our plant can reach 5-8years.
