To improve the economic value of heavy fuel oil, we have manufactured the heavy fuel oil recycling plant. Adopting the latest refining or distillation technology, our plant can recycle the heavy fuel oil into diesel that has wider range of applications and higher price.
The heavy fuel oil distillation can be operated in normal pressure condition and vacuum pressure condition. The working temperature is between 200-350 degree under which the oil will become oil gas. The oil gas from reactor has already been purified by distillation tower before it gets into condensers and liquefied into light fuel oil. This kind of oil will be piped into deep purifying systems with acidity and alkaline cleaning devices as well as pressure filtering system. Through the whole excellent operation, we can get qualified diesel oil that can be directly used in engine and generators. Totally sealed distillation reactor and distillation tower can guarantee the whole distillation process is safe and environment friendly.
So far, we have manufactured our plants in five models, BZJ-06, BZJ-10. Their capacities range from 6T to 10T per day. Having been in this field for 17 years, we can promise you that all of our plants have the following advantages:
