            Working Process of Waste Oil to Diesel Plant

            1. First of all, the crude oil/waste oil/pyrolysis oil/used engine oil and some catalyst will be pumped to the reactor. The feeding time is about 1.5 hour. Then the oil will start to boil and evaporate when it is heated to 140-200℃.

            2. The oil gas from reactor has already been purified by distillation tower. Then it gets into condensers and is liquefied into light fuel oil.

            3. When temperature reaches to 320-370℃, heavy oil are generated.

            4. The light fuel oil and fuel oil will be piped into deep purifying systems. This system contains color refined tank as well as clay absorption tank. Through purification of decoloring powder and white clay, we get qualified diesel oil from waste oil distillation equipment.

            5. The smoke is processed by water spray and ceramic ring adsorption. In the end, the cooling smoke can be discharged within emission standards.
