Beston converting tyres to oil machine adopts the advanced pyrolysis technology, which can realize tires to fuel oil conversion process effectively. And the oil yield rate can reach 45%-55%. When the whole tyre pyrolysis process is over, we also get carbon black and steel wire. The carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay or used as fuel. The steel wire can be sold directly or recycled to produce new steel products.

1, Safe
Hydroseal system will prevent exhaust gas from going back to condensers and reactor. Thus, unnecessary accident can be avoided. In addition, our plants are equipped with thermometer, pressure gauge, safety valve and electric control system. Once something dangerous happen, the technicians can know and take relevant measures in time.
2, Energy-saving
The reactor of our plant has the specific warm keeping design which can save fuel 30%-40%. Our plant is also equipped with extra gas recycling system. And the gas can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which will save energy for the whole working process.
3, Environmental production
In the de-dusting system, we use three steps to dedust the extra gas. More than 95% of the dust would be removed. The released gas is pollution-free and can be discharged in the air directly.
We mainly offer four models of pyrolysis equipment, and they are BLJ-6, BLJ-10, BLJ-16, BLL-20. And their daily capacities range from 6 ton to 24 tons.
