Once a large number of waste tires aren’t handled properly, they are likely to cause great pollution to our living environment. So we should pay more attention to tire recycling. Today, Pyrolysis is proved to be an ideal technology to solve tire and other kinds of solid wastes.
Pyrolysis basically involves the thermal decomposition of the tire at high temperatures (300–900°C) in an oxygen-free atmosphere. The following is the details process of waste tyre pyrolysis plant:
1. Feeding the raw material into the reactor by manual or auto feeder, then fire the fuel to heat the reactor.
2. After the temperature increases to relevant degree, the oil gas will be generated and enter the gas separator.
3. The heavy components will be liquefied and drop into the heavy oil tank. And light oil gas will rise into the oil condenser being liquefied and get into the oil tank.
4. The unliquefied combustible gas will enter the hydroseal , in here , after desulfuration and purification , one part of it will be recycled to heat the reactor, another part will be burn out to reduce the pressure while the pressure is too high.
When the whole process is over, we can get fuel oil, steel wire, carbon black from tyre pyrolysis plant. And they all have a wide range of applications.

We offer three kinds of tyre pyrolysis plants, they are batch type, semi-continuous type and fully continuous pyrolysis plant. The batch type doesn’t need pre-treatment devices and the raw materials can be directly into the reactor. The semi-continuous type can work for 3-4 shifts per day and then its reactor needs about 1 hour to cool down. The continuous plant not only can work for 24 hours without a stop, but also can be able to feed raw materials on one side and discharge the slag continuously from the other side. But the continuous plant needs the pre-treatment device.
