The latest heating system which combines hot smoke heating and fire directly heating can improve heating efficiency for 20% and save energy for 15-20% than general machines. In addition, total sealed design can guarantee safety 100%. The whole process of waste tires recycling to oil is proved to be very safe, energy saving and environment friendly. When the production process has been completed, all the end products have a wide range of applications and can sell well in the market.
The tire oil can be widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron and boiler factories, ceramics, power or chemical industries etc. or used for generators to get electricity. If refined to disel, it can be directly used in low speed engines and generators. Carbon black can be used for construction bricks with clay, or used as fuel. Steel wire can be recycled to produce new steel products.
