Applications of the Products

Dependent on the needs of the market, these final products producted by pyrolysis plants have wide range of applications.

Firstly, tyre pyrolysis oil not only can be used as fuel oil in industries (steel and iron factories; ceramics, power or chemical industries; hotels; restaurants, etc) but also can be further refined into diesel or gasoline.

Secondly, the carbon black from tires pyrolysis can be used for making construction bricks with clay or used as fuel.

Thirdly, the steel wire can be sold directly or recycled to produce new steel products.

Advantages of Beston Tyre Pyrolysis Machine

We have designed and produced six types of waste tire recycling equipment based on the different requirements of customers, and they are batch type (BLJ-06 & BLJ-10), semi-automatic type (BLJ-16), fully continuous type (BLL-20). The following is the advantages of our equipment:

1. Safety

The plant is equipped with mature safety devices (automatic alarm for over temperature and pressure, automatic pressure releasing system, extra gas recycling system, fire fighting devices), which can guarantee safety of the whole tyre to oil recycling process.

2. Energy-saving system

Some gas can not be converted into liquid oil under normal temperature and pressure. In this situation, this kind of gas could be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel by the extra gas recycling system. In this way, a lot of the energy will be saved.

3. Environmental protection

In the de-dusting system, three steps (water spray, ceramic ring filter, washing chamber) are used to dedust the extra gas. After these procedures, more than 95% of the dust would be removed in the tire to oil plant. The released gas is pollution-free and can be discharged into the air directly.
