There are plentiful old tyres abandoned every year, so we must pay attention to old tyres recycling and make full use of the old tyres. Now we have the latest old tyre recycling machine which can effectively convert waste tyre to fuel oil.
The whole process adopts one advanced technology called pyrolysis. We feed the waste tyres into the reactor and seal the feeding inlet door tightly, which can avoid air leakage. Then the reactor will be heated slowly. When the temperature reaches about 250 degree Celsius, the oil gas will be formed. Then use cooling device to cool the oil gas, and then we get gas tyre oil. The gas which can’t be liquefied under normal pressure will be guided to go back to combustion system through safety device. And the combustible gas can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which will save energy for the whole working process.
The pyrolysis oil from waste tires can be widely used as industrial fuel materials for burning, or further refined to diesel or gasoline. We can also get some carbon black and steel wire from the waste tyres. The steel wire can sell directly or reprocessing. While the carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay or used as fuel. All of them are in high demand in the market and can fetch good prices, which will surely create benefits for you.
Beston tyre recycling pyrolysis machines have the features of zero emission and high efficiency.
Firstly, zero emission.
In the dedusting system, three steps are used to dedust the hot smoke from reactor, more than 95% of the dust would be removed. The released gas is pollution-free and can be discharged in the air directly.
Secondly, high efficiency.
We adopt new type of condensers which can further ensure and improve the oil yield efficiency. The catalyst is made from 24 chemicals, which not only reduces sulfur content and density of oil, but also improves its flavor and color.
