Batch Type Pyrolysis Plant

The batch type pyrolysis plant doesn’t need pre-treatment devices and the raw materials can be put into the reactor directly. This plant can handle these raw materials, such as waste tires, plastics, rubber, oil sludge. The final products are pyrolysis oil, carbon black, steel wire (for tires).

The main parts of the whole plant include reactor, gas separator, oil condenser, oil tank, heavy oil tank, hydroseal, extra gas burner, flue condenser and dedusting system. All the parts are manufactured with high-quality materials and advanced technologies.

For this batch type, we provide two models for customers to choose, including BLJ-6 (handling capacity: 6 T/D) and BLJ-10 (8-10 T/D). So far, they have passed CE, ISO, SGS certificates and have high quality guarantee.
