Beston tyre pyrolysis plants have the features of safety, energy saving and environmental protection. Taking the batch operating plant for example, waste tyre pyrolysis process is described as follows:

(1) Put the waste tires into reactor and make reactor rotate clockwise 0.4-0.8 r/min. Seal the feeding inlet door tightly and make sure there is no gas leakage.

(2) Heat the reactor by using coal, charcoal, fuel gas, wood etc. as heating materials. The reactor will be slowly heated, and when the temperature reach about 250 degrees, the oil gas will be formed.

(3) The oil gas coming out from the reactor then goes to condensing system and become liquid oil. The gas which can’t be liquefied under normal pressure will be designed to go back to combustion system through safety device. It can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which will save energy for the whole working process.

(5) After finishing oil production, the temperature of pyrolysis reactor will fall down, when the temperature falls down to 40 degrees Celsius, we can get carbon black and steel wire.

Pre-treated waste tires will be conveyed to the moving horizontal pyrolysis reactor through feeder system, it starts to pyrolysis and oil gas will be generated when temperature up to 500 degrees. Then the oil gas will be cooling down by spray cooling system, it would be liquefied, go into the oil tank. And at the same time, some un-condensed gas come into hot air circulation heating system by secondary fire retardant damper, it will be recycled for heating reactor as gas material. Exhaust gas go to the strong spray de-dusting system for removing pollution, then let environmental gas go to the air. The pyrolysis slag emissions and recycled through second sealed discharging system.

Continuous tyre pyrolysis process description:

Finally, we can get carbon black, steel wire and pyrolysis oil from tires. The pyrolysis oil can be widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron and boiler factories, ceramics, power or chemical industries or hotels, restaurants etc. or used for generators to get electricity. The carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay, or used as fuel. The steel wire can be sold directly or recycled to produce new steel products.
