Batch Type Pyrolysis Tire Recycling System

The pyrolysis tyre recycling plant is an environmental protection plant which makes use of the green technology (pyrolysis) to convert waste tires into useful resources, such as tyre pyrolysis oil, carbon black and steel wire. It is equipped with advanced safety devices (alarm for over temperature and pressure, auto pressure releasing system, fire fighting devices) and latest dedusting system (water spray, ceramic ring filter, washing chamber), which can guarantee safety, energy saving and environmental protection in the pyrolysis process.

The pyrolysis tire recycling system of the plant includes batch, semi-continuous and fully-continuous pyrolysis system. The following are some differences between the batch and the fully-continuous system:

Firstly, the continuous pyrolysis system needs a tire crusher to cut the tires into small pieces (30-50mm). While the batch pyrolysis system doesn’t need pre-treatment device. Secondly, for the continuous pyrolysis system, its feeding and discharging process are both automatic. While for the batch pyrolysis system, only the discharging of carbon black is automatic. Thirdly, the continuous pyrolysis system can work continuously for 24 hours per day. While for the batch pyrolysis system, its reactor must be cooled before another batch.
