Beston pyrolysis plants are mainly divided into three different operating systems, they are batch type(BLJ-06, BLJ-10), semi-automatic type(BLL-16) and continuous type(BLL-30,40,50). The followings are continuous tyre pyrolysis process description:
1. Waste tires will be broken into about 30-50 mm small pieces by using tyre crusher. Then through the automatic feeding device, the pre-treated tires are transported to the moving horizontal pyrolysis reactor.
2. Heat the reactor by using fuel materials, such as coal, charcoal, fuel gas, wood etc. The reactor will be slowly heated, when the temperature reaches around 100 degrees (maximum oil gas output interval: 250-280 degrees), the oil gas will be produced.
3. A part of oil gas will be cooled down by spray cooling system, it would be liquefied and then go into the oil tank. At the same time, the gas that can not be condensed will come into hot air circulation heating system by secondary fire retardant damper. Then the gas will be recycled for heating reactor as gas material. The exhaust gas goes to the strong spray dedusting system for removing pollution, then the released gas will be environmental and can be discharged to the air.
4. After finishing oil production, the carbon black and steel wire will be discharged automatically.
