Our new generation of oil distillation plant is used for refining oil from waste tyres. Generally, we can get 1 ton fuel oil from 2.5 tons waste tyre by the pyrolysis technology. Then our plant can further refine these oil into diesel.
Our plant is famous for its latest refining or distillation technology which can effectively remove the particles, colloidal matter, acid and odour from tyre oil by acid-treatment and filtration. Finally we can get diesel oil with clean and transparent color and qualified smell. These diesel oil can be widely used in more kinds of diesel engines and will produce less smoke and less noise than regular diesel fuel.
Based on different customers’ demand, we have batch and continuous type to meet your requirements and financial budget. BZJ-06 and BZJ-10 are batch operating plants, while BZL-25, BZL-50 and BZL-100 are auto continuously operating plants. Their capacities range from 6T to 100T per day. So far, all of our plants have passed CE, ISO, SGS certificates and have high quality guarantee.
The following are the main component systems of the distillation equipment and the main functions of each system.
Pre-treatment device for raw material: the tyre oil is fed into distillation boiler after pre-treatment.
Refinery system: heat the waste oil to working temperature by using fuel oil, gas, coal and so on. In the meanwhile, there are stir system and heat preservation system.
Cooling system: cool the gaseous hydrocarbon into diesel.
Interim storage system: base oil and diesel after cooling are stored here, and then put into oil tank.
Vacuum system: to meet the process required.
Filter system: rapidly filter mechanical impurities in the diesel produced, and got qualified diesel.
