The auto continuously operating pyrolysis plant is equipped with automatic feeding and discharging system, which can realize feeding materials on one side and discharging slag from the other side continuously. This plant can handle these raw materials, such as waste tires, plastics, rubber, oil sludge and medical waste. The final products are pyrolysis oil, carbon black, steel wire (for tires).
The continuous pyrolysis equipment includes moving horizontal pyrolysis reactor, hot air circulation heating system, oil gas filter, spray cooling system, secondary fire retardant damper, strong spray dedusting system, oil gas recycling system, feeder system, discharging system, pressure and temperature multipoint monitoring system, central electric control system. All parts are manufactured with high-quality materials and advanced technologies, so the quality of this plant can be guaranteed.
When using this plant to dispose materials, the pretreated materials will firstly be conveyed to the moving horizontal pyrolysis reactor through feeder system. Then they start to pyrolysis and oil gas will be generated when temperature rises up to 100 degrees. Then the oil gas will be cooled down by spray cooling system, it would be liquefied and then go into the oil tank. At the same time, some uncondensed gas will come into hot air circulation heating system by secondary fire retardant damper. Then the gas will be recycled for heating reactor as gas material. The exhaust gas goes to the strong spray dedusting system for removing pollution, then the released gas will be environmental and can be discharged to the air. After finishing oil production, the slag will be discharged automatically. This plant can handle 30-50 tons of wastes per day and it can work continuously for 24 hours without a stop, which can greatly save time and improve working efficiency.
